Please read this information if you are using our treatements or training services.

  • Cancellation of treatment no later than the same day before 9.00 0’clock/am. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, we are entitled to charge a fee of DKK 311,21
  • Cancellation for group training has to be announced no later than the same day at 9.00 am. In the event of late cancellation, a fee of DKK 125.00 can be charged here.
  • Duration of a normal treatment is 20 min
  • Billing every 1st of the month. Payment can also be made at your own request after each treatment.
  • Remember to bring your own sheet or large towel for every time treatment session. You can rent a sheet for DKK 20 for every single time.
  • Powerlaser, acupuncture & heat treatment require an additional fee. This also applies for patients with health insurance and insurance.

Avoid waiting time and get physiotherapy without a referral from your doctor or hospital.

At Frederiksbjerg Physiotherapy, you can also receive physiotherapeutic treatment without a referral from your own doctor or hospital.

At Frederiksbjerg Fysioterapi we often have a waiting list due to revenue limitation from the public health insurance. Therefor we offer treatment and training outside the framework for public subsidies.

This means that you as a customer/patient can get treatment quickly if you settle the full fee yourself. You are still entitled to a subsidy from “Denmark” and can still use your health insurance (patient share) and accident insurance (patient share).
